Fried Eggs with Sausage and Cheese, in the Oven

Fried eggs with sausage and cheese, cooked in the oven, thanks to the unusual shape in the form of flowers, looks spectacular and original. With these scrambled eggs, your breakfast will turn into a small celebration!

Ingredients

Eggs – 4 pcs.
Boiled sausage – 300 g
Hard cheese – 40 g
Salt to taste

Directions

Cut the boiled sausage into thin slices, then cut each of them in half.
Place three slices of sausage overlapping each other in silicone muffin cups, rounded side up. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
Now gently break one egg at a time into the cheese. Season the eggs with salt to taste.
Cook scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese in your home preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese in the form of flowers are ready.
Serve hot eggs for breakfast with toast and vegetables.
