Fried Eggs with Sausage and Cheese, in the Oven

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Boiled sausage – 300 g
  • Hard cheese – 40 g
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Cut the boiled sausage into thin slices, then cut each of them in half.
  3. Place three slices of sausage overlapping each other in silicone muffin cups, rounded side up.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Put grated cheese into the grooves inside the sausage “flowers”.
  6. Now gently break one egg at a time into the cheese.
  7. Season the eggs with salt to taste.
  8. Cook scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  9. Scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese in the form of flowers are ready.
  10. Serve hot eggs for breakfast, with toast and vegetables.
