Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces.
  2. Mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch with a little water. Add a little sugar and salt.
  3. Fry the eggs in a little oil, like if you wanted to make an omelette. When the egg mixture has set, tear it into pieces and remove it from the pan.
  4. Fry the spring onions in oil and add the diced paprika. Then add the tomatoes and season with salt. Put the egg pieces back into the pan and add the starch. Let stand briefly and stir again briefly.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
