Ingredients

  • 1 tuber fennel
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the fennel bulb, cut in half and cut into fine strips. Put the fennel greens aside.
  2. Fry the fennel strips in hot olive oil with the crushed clove of garlic. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the chopped leaves.
  3. Tastes hot, lukewarm and cold, as a starter or with pasta.
