- 1 bunch asparagus, green
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 g parmesan, freshly rated
- 2 clove (s) garlic, crushed
- some salt and pepper
- possibly Parma ham

- Remove the woody ends from the asparagus and peel the lower third if necessary. Fry the asparagus with the garlic, salt and pepper in the olive oil until it begins to take on color.
- Then arrange the asparagus on a platter and grate the parmesan cheese over it. Depending on your taste, the asparagus can also be wrapped in Parma ham.
- A very simple recipe with a great taste. Suitable as an antipasti or as an accompaniment to Mediterranean pork fillet or something similar.
