Ingredients

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 750 g potato (s), waxy
  • salt
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), red, hot
  • 50 g coriander reens, fresh

Instructions

  1. Peel the raw potatoes and cut into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large enough pan. Put the potatoes in the pan and fry them over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes until they are cooked through.
  2. Press the garlic into the pan and fry briefly. Salt and pepper the potatoes.
  3. Core the chillies and cut into small pieces. Also add to the pan, fold in and fry briefly. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
