Fried Mushroom Snack

An excellent fried oyster mushroom appetizer that is prepared very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Oyster mushrooms – 500 g
  • Lemon juice – 2-3 tbsp
  • Parsley – 3 sprigs
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Garlic – 2 cloves

Directions

  1. If the mushrooms are large, then cut them into several pieces.
  2. In a wok, heat 4 tbsp vegetable oil, add mushrooms, salt immediately, fry until golden brown, about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Chop the parsley finely, chop the garlic.
  4. Add parsley, garlic and lemon juice to the mushrooms. Pepper. Cook for a couple more minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. All! A delicious mushroom appetizer is ready! It can be served both hot and cold.
