Fried Mushroom Snack

An excellent fried oyster mushroom appetizer that is prepared very quickly.

- If the mushrooms are large, then cut them into several pieces.
- In a wok, heat 4 tbsp vegetable oil, add mushrooms, salt immediately, fry until golden brown, about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Chop the parsley finely, chop the garlic.
- Add parsley, garlic and lemon juice to the mushrooms. Pepper. Cook for a couple more minutes, stirring occasionally.
- All! A delicious mushroom appetizer is ready! It can be served both hot and cold.
