Ingredients

  • 300 g mushrooms, fresh

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms and then dry them. Halve the larger ones if necessary.
  2. Beat the egg with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Turn the mushrooms inside until they are all well covered with the egg mixture. Then turn in breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake in a heated deep fryer for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
  4. For mushroom lovers exactly the right thing for in between, but also as a main course or simply as an appetizer.
