Ingredients

  • 125 g noodles (Mie noodles)
  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 200 g carrot (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 7 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • salt
  • possibly sprouts (e.g. bamboo or soybean sprouts)
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and let it drain (preferably a little more firm to the bite, they will draw a little later). Cut the meat into thin strips. Clean or wash the vegetables and also cut them into strips.
  2. Fry the meat all around in the wok, remove it and place the vegetables in the wok. Fry for about 5 minutes while stirring Add the pasta, sugar and soy sauce and fry for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the meat and any sprouts (variety depending on your preference) and season everything with soy sauce.
