Ingredients
- 125 g noodles (Mie noodles)
- 250 g chicken breast
- 200 g carrot (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 small Chinese cabbage
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 7 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
- salt
- possibly sprouts (e.g. bamboo or soybean sprouts)
- Water (salt water)

- Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and let it drain (preferably a little more firm to the bite, they will draw a little later). Cut the meat into thin strips. Clean or wash the vegetables and also cut them into strips.
- Fry the meat all around in the wok, remove it and place the vegetables in the wok. Fry for about 5 minutes while stirring Add the pasta, sugar and soy sauce and fry for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the meat and any sprouts (variety depending on your preference) and season everything with soy sauce.
