Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the pasta briefly for about 4 minutes. Then drain in a sieve. In the meantime, clean the peppers and the leek and cut into thin rings. Press the two cloves of garlic and mix with the oyster and soy sauce.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or a non-stick pan over medium temperature. Beat the eggs, add to the pan and whisk while stirring constantly. Then add the pasta, leek rings and finally the garlic paste. Fry for about 5 minutes while stirring.
  3. At the very end, add the diced paprika and serve the fried noodles immediately. If there isn`t enough liquid, I usually add a little soy sauce.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
