- Water (salt water)
- 0.5 ½ ring / e meat sausage (Lyoner)
- 3 egg (s)
- 200 g cheese (e.. Emmentaler), rated
- some oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Maggi

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, rinse in cold water and set aside. It is advisable to use pasta from the day before. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Whisk the eggs.
- Heat some oil in the pan and fry the cooked noodles and the diced sausage a little. Then pour the beaten eggs over the pasta and season with the spices. Let the eggs set while stirring several times and then pour the cheese over them.
