  • sea-salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, hotter
  • 250 g butter

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Fry in the oil over medium heat until golden brown, allow to cool. Mix the softened butter with salt, cayenne pepper and mustard until frothy. Stir in the cooled onions.
