Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber (s)
  • 2 potato (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 2 pinches cumin
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 2 sprigs dill
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber, potatoes and carrots (in small strips) and place in a colander to drain. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the onion and garlic briefly, add the cucumber, potato and carrot mixture to the pan. Add the spices, stir from time to time and fry for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the herbs, butter and cream cheese. If the mixture slowly bakes and changes color, it`s good. Total roasting time: approx. 15 min. A fried egg goes well with it.
