Ingredients

  • 2 pt. Potato noodles from the refrigerated shelf (500 g each)
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 package cheese, grated (e.g. Emmentaler)
  • Oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Put the potato noodles in the hot pan. Dice the onions and garlic and add to the pan. Stir the potato noodles in between.
  2. Just before the end of the cooking time, when the potato noodles are lightly browned, add the eggs and distribute them - let them fry. As soon as the egg has set, sprinkle the grated cheese over it and let it steep a little.
  3. Then stir again. When the cheese has melted it can be served.
