Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 1 stalk rosemary
  • 60 g Cabanossi
  • plant cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • possibly sour cream, to refine

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into narrow wedges. Clean the peppers and spring onions and cut into small cubes or rings. Peel and squeeze the garlic or cut into small pieces. Cut the cabanossi into slices and wash the rosemary, shake dry and strip off the needles.
  2. Heat some plant cream in a non-stick pan, fry the potatoes and peppers for about 15 minutes, turning several times, seasoning with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the remaining ingredients and fry for another 5 to 7 minutes. Arrange the fried potatoes on plates and refine with vegetable cream (or sour cream).
  3. You can also combine the Cabanossi with other sausages, e.g., Replace (poultry) salami, Lyoner, etc. and replace or supplement the peppers with zucchini, tomatoes.
