Instructions

  1. As a side dish e.g., to brawn
  2. Peel the potato, cut into approx. 2 cm x 2 cm cubes and cook for 18 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan, you can add more oil if you like, put the drained potatoes immediately into the hot pan and fry them until crispy for about 5 minutes. Salt first before serving.
