Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 200 g pasta
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder (rose paprika)
  • salt
  • Cheese, grated (hard cheese)
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • some marjoram

Instructions

  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into thick strips and cook until undercooked - drain.
  2. Toast the bacon in the heated butter, add the diced onion and fry until translucent. Add the potatoes and roast until golden. Dust with paprika and caraway seeds.
  3. Boil the pasta, let it cool, loosen it up and mix it in carefully. If you want, you can sprinkle the whole thing with grated cheese.
  4. Hungry people eat a hot sausage with it.
