Instructions

  1. Peel and chop raw potatoes (into cubes or slices).
  2. Place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Pour olive oil over them.
  3. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees circulating air for about 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the onions into quarters and finely chop the garlic, with
  5. Add the Provence herbs and paprika powder to the potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes.
