Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and let stand for at least an hour, or even better use potatoes from the day before.
  2. Preheat the pan, add about 1 tablespoon of margarine, then cut the potatoes into slices and add to the pan. Slice the onion and mix with the potatoes. Do not forget salt and pepper and always turn or swirl in between.
  3. Melt some margarine in a second pan and fry the meatloaf on both sides until golden brown. When the fried potatoes and the Leberkäse are nice and brown, place the Leberkäse on top of the fried potatoes and remove the pan from the stove so that they remain warm.
  4. Now briefly toss 1 tablespoon of mustard, the quartered tomatoes and the lamb`s lettuce in the pan where the meat loaf was in. Pour on 1 dash of cream (if you don`t like it, you can leave it off). Fry the eggs in a third pan.
  5. Arrange the potatoes with the Leberkäse and the onions on the plates, serve the salad with the mustard sauce as a dressing. Place the fried eggs on the meat loaf.
