Fried Pumpkin in a Pan

Healthy and tasty pumpkin fried in a pan will appear on your dinner table more than once. After all, the dish turns out to be bright, aromatic and very healthy.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin – 450 Grams
  • Bulb onion – 80 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Provencal Herbs – 0.5 Teaspoons (Dried)
  • Salt – To taste
  • Black Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Peel the pumpkin and cut into large pieces.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  4. Pour some oil into a skillet and sauté the onions until soft.
  5. Add pumpkin and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until pumpkin is tender. Add some more oil.
  6. Add spices and salt to the dish, stir and fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the finished pumpkin immediately
