Fried Rice with Pork and Vegetables

My friend was in China and brought a lot of interesting culinary ideas from there, for example, such a simple dish – fried rice with pork and vegetables. It turns out very appetizing, spicy and tasty!

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Rice – 1 Piece (bag)
  • Pork – 400 Grams
  • Soy sauce – To taste
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Pickled ginger – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – To taste

Directions

  1. The first step is to boil the rice until half cooked. I use a bag of rice which is very convenient.
  2. Cut the pork into small pieces, fill it with soy sauce so that the meat is completely covered with it. We put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Fry the marinated meat in vegetable oil.
  4. As soon as some of the juice has evaporated from the meat, add onion rings and thinly chopped or grated carrots. Fry until vegetables are almost completely cooked.
  5. Drain off the remaining marinade, add rice and pickled ginger. Stir and fry the dish until tender.
