Fried Rice with Sausage and Green Beans

Prepares very quickly, great for breakfast. Children like both taste and appearance.

Ingredients

  • Rice (boiled) – 400 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pieces
  • Sausage (smoked) – 100 g
  • Beans (green) – 150 g
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a preheated frying pan on a piece of butter, stirring constantly, lightly fry the diced smoked sausage (1 minute),
  2. Add a handful of frozen green beans and fry for a couple of minutes,
  3. Add boiled rice, stir.
  4. Pour in a spoon or two (to taste) of soy sauce, stir again (it gives taste and aroma, without it the dish will not work at all)
  5. Drive-in one or two chicken eggs, mix.
  6. Fry for another minute, until the egg is browned.
  7. Arrange the finished dish on plates.
