Fried Rice with Sausage and Green Beans

Prepares very quickly, great for breakfast. Children like both taste and appearance.

- In a preheated frying pan on a piece of butter, stirring constantly, lightly fry the diced smoked sausage (1 minute),
- Add a handful of frozen green beans and fry for a couple of minutes,
- Add boiled rice, stir.
- Pour in a spoon or two (to taste) of soy sauce, stir again (it gives taste and aroma, without it the dish will not work at all)
- Drive-in one or two chicken eggs, mix.
- Fry for another minute, until the egg is browned.
- Arrange the finished dish on plates.
