  • Honey – 2-3 teaspoon
  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 150-180 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Before cooking the honey-glazed fried salmon, prepare all the ingredients you need.

  2. Peel and wash the onion. Wash the mushrooms and put in a sieve to drain all the water. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the mushrooms into arbitrary pieces.
  3. Melt honey in a frying pan until liquid and heat until it has a characteristic caramel flavor. Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste, put in a pan with honey.
  4. After a minute, add the onion and mushrooms to the fish. Fry salmon with mushrooms and onions for a couple of minutes.
