Ingredients
Large shrimps (peeled) – 24 pcs.
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
Dried chili pepper (flakes) – 0.25 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
Lime wedges for serving
For the salad:
Papaya (diced) – 1 pc.
Avocado (diced) – 2 pcs.
Lime juice – 3 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
Directions
In a bowl, combine lime juice, honey and salt. Put the avocado and papaya in this dressing, mix gently, set aside.
Heat the electric grill or grill pan to medium-high temperature.
On each of 8 wooden skewers, string 3 shrimps, brush with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grease the grill rack or grill pan, put the shrimps, fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve fried prawns with salad and lime wedges.
