Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the prawns. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the prawns briefly, turning once (must be pink).
  3. Take the pan off the stove. Season with garlic and sea salt.
  4. Serve immediately with herb rice.
  5. Also suitable as a starter for 6 people with baguette instead of rice.
