Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250 g pasta (spahetti), leftovers from the day before
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan and add the remaining spaghetti from the day before (chop up a little). Turn these in the oil and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs (amount to taste). Fry, turning constantly, so that the breadcrumbs appear slightly browned. Then add a little salt and pepper.
  2. With a couple of fried eggs.
