Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 80 g broccoli, florets
  • 50 g sprin onion (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ bell pepper (s), red
  • 50 g beans, reen, frozen
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • possibly chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. In the meantime, wash the broccoli, parsley, spring onions and bell peppers. Cut the spring onions into rings and the peppers into thin strips. Scald the beans with boiling water and drain. Chop the parsley into small pieces.
  2. Fry the broccoli and peppers in hot oil for 2 minutes. Sauté the beans for another 3 minutes. Fold in the spring onions. Squeeze in the garlic. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and chili powder and season to taste. Drain and drain the spaghetti. Fold under the vegetables and fry for about 2 minutes. If necessary, add a little more oil.
  3. Season again to taste and sprinkle with parsley.
