  • 250 g potato (s), cooked to a puree
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Boiled sauerkraut from the previous day is mixed well with boiled mashed potatoes and fried until golden in a buttered pan.
  2. The amount given refers to the amount of sauerkraut from the previous day. The amount of mashed potatoes should be roughly the same as the amount of sauerkraut.
