Ingredients

  • 2 large tuna steak (s), frozen or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon oil

For the sauce:

  • 250 ml cream and milk, mix as desired
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, approx.
  • 2 tablespoon tarragon, fresher, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • chili
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Let the tuna steaks thaw for 20 minutes or take fresh ones. Fry both sides in oil, they should get the right color.
  2. Fry the onions in oil. Add the cream-milk mixture and the mustard and simmer. Just before the end, add the tarragon and season to taste.
  3. First distribute the sauce on the plates and put the tuna steaks on top. Tarragon potatoes go well with it.
