Fried Zucchini with Bacon in an Omelette

Zucchini bacon is one of the best combinations. Great option for a summer breakfast. It cooks quickly, but it turns out very tasty!

Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
- Zucchini – 1 Piece
- Smoked Bacon – 100 Grams
- Onions – 1 Piece
- Egg – 4 Pieces
- Milk – 2-3 Art. spoons
- Hard cheese – 30 Grams
- Dill – 1 Bunches
- Spices – To taste
Directions
- Sauté chopped onions and smoked bacon.
- Cut the courgette into cubes. Add to bacon. Fry all together until the courgettes are soft.
- Separately combine grated cheese, eggs, some milk and herbs. Stir.
- Pour this mixture over zucchini, cover and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot.
