  • some spice mix for french fries

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into strips with a knife or a french fries cutter.
  2. Mix the olive oil, paprika powder and salt together and mix the fries well in a bowl.
  3. Then put the fries in a grill pan and grill on the grill for about 20 minutes until they are brown and crispy.
  4. Mix in a bowl with a little French spice and serve.
