Ingredients
- 150 g butter or mararine, soft
- 150 g honey (acacia honey)
- 1 vanilla pod, scraped out
- 3 egg (s)
- 250 g flour (whole spelled flour)
- 100 ml milk
- salt

- Mix the butter, honey, vanilla and salt vigorously. Add the eggs and stir in. Mix the flour and milk alternately into the dough.
- Preheat and grease the waffle iron and bake waffles. Allow to cool on a grill.
- Tip: Serve with cherries and cream, red fruit jelly or just powdered sugar. Possibly bake again in the toaster.
