Ingredients

• 150 g butter or mararine, soft
• 150 g honey (acacia honey)
• 1 vanilla pod, scraped out
• 3 egg (s)
• 250 g flour (whole spelled flour)
• 100 ml milk
• salt

Instructions

1. Mix the butter, honey, vanilla and salt vigorously. Add the eggs and stir in. Mix the flour and milk alternately into the dough.
2. Preheat and grease the waffle iron and bake waffles. Allow to cool on a grill.
3. Tip: Serve with cherries and cream, red fruit jelly or just powdered sugar. Possibly bake again in the toaster.
