Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, frozen
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 g ranulated suar
  • 0.5 ½ cup plum jam
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 bag / s cream stabilizer

Instructions

  1. You take frozen puff pastry, divide the plates in 2 halves, brush them with egg yolk and then sprinkle them with sugar. Now they are baked in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
  2. When they have cooled down, put plum jam on the bottom half, put whipped cream on top and put the other half on top as a lid. Goes very quickly and tastes very tasty.
  3. Amounts are only approximate, you can actually see for yourself which amounts you need.
