  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • 500 g pork liver (s)
  • 300 g bacon

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Sauté the garlic and bay leaves in hot olive oil in a roasting pan. Add the potato cubes and fry with them.
  2. At the same time, cut the meat and paprika into cubes and fry them one by one (always pour off the juices and put aside). Then put the whole thing in the roaster with the potatoes and deglaze with the roasting juice. Simmer with the lid closed until the potatoes are cooked.
  3. In the original it is the regional dish of the Balearic island of Mallorca. Here it is usually only made with giblets, which is certainly not for everyone. In addition, the whole thing often floats in far too much oil. Here you can replace liver or other types of meat at will.
