Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 2 egg (s), separate
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • cinnamon
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding powder with some cold milk. Bring the milk, vanilla sugar and salt to the boil. Stir the mixed pudding powder into the hot milk and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Now beat the egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold in the egg yolks and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add this egg mixture to the soup and stir in vigorously. Serve immediately.
  3. A mixture of sugar and cinnamon is served.
