Frozen Asparagus

by Editorial Staff

Asparagus is a great addition to meat dishes, salads, and soups. Fresh asparagus is available in grocery stores all year round, but if you couldn’t find fresh, frozen is a suitable alternative.

Servings: 4-6

Cook: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Frozen Asparagus – 400 Grams (or fresh)
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Soy sauce – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Salt and Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Line a baking dish with foil.
  3. Combine olive oil and soy sauce, pour into the mold on the foil.
  4. Prepare frozen (fresh) asparagus: rinse in water and cut off the ends.
  5. Gently place the asparagus in the mold, dipping in the oil mixture on all sides.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Don’t add too much salt, as the soy sauce is already salty.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Bon Appetit!
