Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients together in a blender / mixer and mix into a shake. One serving makes approx. 400 ml.
  2. Very tasty drink on warm summer days.
  3. The amount of cocoa is for chocolate lovers and can be reduced at will.
  4. Tips: I like to buy overripe bananas (often already reduced in price), which I freeze in larger quantities for shakes like these or for banana ice cream (peel, cut into pieces and freeze in the freezer bag / can).
  5. And too much coffee from the day before does not have to be thrown away.
  6. 170 Kcal per serving
