Ingredients
- 1 large banana (s), frozen, (over) ripe
- 2 teaspoons, heaped cocoa powder, slightly de-oiled
- 200 ml coffee, cold (e.g. from the day before)
- 100 ml oat milk (oat drink) (or other milk substitute)

- Put the ingredients together in a blender / mixer and mix into a shake. One serving makes approx. 400 ml.
- Very tasty drink on warm summer days.
- The amount of cocoa is for chocolate lovers and can be reduced at will.
- Tips: I like to buy overripe bananas (often already reduced in price), which I freeze in larger quantities for shakes like these or for banana ice cream (peel, cut into pieces and freeze in the freezer bag / can).
- And too much coffee from the day before does not have to be thrown away.
