Ingredients

  • 500 ml yogurt (coconut yogurt)
  • 5 medium egg whites
  • 60 g protein powder with vanilla or coconut flavor
  • 20 g desiccated coconut
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 30 g cream cheese (Philadelphia Milka)
  • N / A sweetener

Instructions

  1. Process the yogurt with the egg white, the protein powder and half of the desiccated coconut into a homogeneous mass. Add sweetener as needed.
  2. Put half of the mixture in a container.
  3. Mix the remaining half with the cocoa powder and the spread. Now put this on the first half and sprinkle with the remaining desiccated coconut.
  4. Place in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours and then serve.
