Ingredients

  • 2 nectarine (s), fully ripe
  • 1 banana (s), fully ripe
  • 10 strawberries
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 4 handfuls crushed ice
  • sugar, brown or white
  • Mint, fresh

Instructions

  1. Wash and stone the nectarines. Peel the banana, clean and wash the strawberries.
  2. Cut the fruit into large pieces and place in a blender with the ice and apple juice. Mix until you have a thick, creamy mixture. If desired, add sugar to taste or mix some fresh mint leaves into the mixture.
  3. Serve in tall glasses with a straw - perfect for light and vitamin-rich refreshment on warm summer days.
