Ingredients
- 2 nectarine (s), fully ripe
- 1 banana (s), fully ripe
- 10 strawberries
- 50 ml apple juice
- 4 handfuls crushed ice
- sugar, brown or white
- Mint, fresh

- Wash and stone the nectarines. Peel the banana, clean and wash the strawberries.
- Cut the fruit into large pieces and place in a blender with the ice and apple juice. Mix until you have a thick, creamy mixture. If desired, add sugar to taste or mix some fresh mint leaves into the mixture.
- Serve in tall glasses with a straw - perfect for light and vitamin-rich refreshment on warm summer days.
