Ingredients

  • 8 cl white wine, dry
  • 4 cl vodka
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml water, still
  • 6 leaves mint, fresh
  • 400 g watermelon (s), fresh
  • 150 g orane (s), fresh
  • 30 g cane suar
  • 150 g berries, mixed, frozen
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • slice Lime (s) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Use a knife to separate the flesh of the watermelon (for 4 servings, use half a watermelon) from the skin, chop it up and put it in the blender. Then top up with white wine, vodka, orange juice and water. Now mix everything well.
  2. Then separate the orange pulp from the skin, chop it and put it in the blender. Now add the mint and cane sugar, mix well again.
  3. Finally, add the ice cubes and the frozen berries and (if available, use the ice-crush function) crush them in the mixer and mix everything again for 1 minute on the lowest setting.
  4. It is best to serve the cocktail in a large cocktail glass with a lime wedge and a cocktail straw.
