Instructions

  1. First, the strawberries are cleaned and mashed together with the banana, the grated orange peel and the sugar. This fruit pulp is then filled into 3 small cups and placed in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours.
  2. When the strawberry ice cream is frozen, the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener are mixed together and added to the cream as it is whipped. The meringue is roughly chopped. As soon as the cream is whipped until stiff (be careful: do not whip for too long, otherwise it will turn into butter!), Fold in the natural yoghurt.
  3. The strawberry ice cream is removed from the cups by holding the cups in hot water for about 30 seconds. So the ice cream can easily be thrown onto small plates.
  4. The yoghurt cream is dabbed on the strawberry ice cream and the meringue pieces sprinkled over it. Before serving, the whole thing should be put in the freezer again for about 20 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
