Fruit and Celery Salad

We bring to your attention a salad recipe. Very easy to prepare and very healthy salad, because apple, kiwi, Chinese cabbage and celery are sources of vitamins. A light salad, which we will season with only lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • Celery – 2 stalks
  • Kiwi – 1 pc.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Peking cabbage – 1/4 pcs.
  • Sea salt – to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon.

Directions

  1. Wash the celery and dry it with a paper towel. With a sharp knife or using a vegetable peeler, remove the top, hard layer. Cut the celery into small pieces. Chop Chinese cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Peel the kiwi, wash thoroughly and cut into pieces. Peel the washed apple from seeds and cut it into small slices.
  3. Mix together Chinese cabbage, kiwi, apple, and celery. Add sea salt to taste. Season fruit salad with celery with lemon juice. If desired, the salad can be seasoned with olive oil or orange juice.
    Fruit and celery salad is ready.
