Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 8 raspberries
  • 1 small banana (s)
  • 1 stalk / n celery, small
  • 1 medium carrot (s)
  • 300 ml apple juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple and remove the stem and flower. Peel the banana. Rinse the raspberries briefly. Wash the carrot and cut some of the top off. Wash the celery and separate a little at the top and bottom, removing the green at the same time.
  2. Cut everything into pieces and puree together with the apple juice in a blender for about 2 minutes at the highest level.
