Ingredients
- 1 pear (s)
- 130 g Galia melon
- 0.5 ½ banana (s)
- 150 g kohlrabi
- 50 ml apple juice, possibly a little more (I took cloudy)
- Pepper, whiter

- Peel, core and chop the pear and put in a tall blender jar. Cut, core and peel the melon and add to the pear. Peel the banana and add it broken into pieces. Peel the kohlrabi, cut into small pieces and add to the fruit. Pour in the apple juice and puree everything thoroughly.
- If the amount is too thick, stir in a little more apple juice.
- Finally, add the pepper to taste, pour into a glass, garnish and serve.
