Ingredients

  • 1 banana (s), sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon juice (preferably banana juice)
  • 400 g plain yohurt, creamy, low in fat
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • some juice (banana juice), possibly

Instructions

  1. Put the banana in a blender with the juice and honey. Puree everything for 3 - 5 seconds.
  2. Mix the yogurt with the honey (and possibly the juice) until everything is smooth.
  3. Divide the fruit mixture into two small glasses and pour half of the yogurt mixture on each.
  4. The whole thing tastes good with your favorite fruits, just give it a try. The taste of the juice should then match the fruit.
