Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 70 g cornstarch
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 70 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 70 ml heavy cream
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Lemon (s), untreated, zest it
  • 600 g fruit, as you like

For the sprinkles:

  • 100 g butter
  • 110 g flour
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites with salt and sugar to form firm snow.
  2. Mix in the oil, egg yolk, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, slowly mix in the cream. Mix in the flour mixed with baking powder alternately with the solid snow.
  3. Line a small mold (30 x 20) with baking paper, spread the dough and lightly insert the fruit into the dough.
  4. Bake at about 160 degrees hot air for about 20 minutes, then add the crumble and bake for another 15 minutes
  5. Streusel: mix all ingredients well.
