- Mandarins – 2-3 pcs.
- Grapes – 100-200 g
- Cheese – 100 g
- Lemon – 0.5-1 pcs.
Instructions
- Peel the pear, remove, cut into 4 parts, seed capsule and cut into small pieces.
- Peel the tangerine and divide it into wedges. Wash the grapes and separate them from the branch.
- Cut the cheese into small square slices. String the prepared products on skewers in the following order: grapes, a slice of tangerine, a slice of pear, a slice of cheese.
