Rich taste, juicy fruits, crispy crust with nuts … I want to tell you how to make fruit crumble, an amazing dessert that will be an alternative to biscuit cakes or ice cream.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Apricots – 300 Grams
  • Plums – 200 Grams
  • Grapes – 100 Grams
  • Butter – 120 Grams
  • Coconut flakes – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Cinnamon – 2 Pinches
  • Sea Salt – 2 Pinches
  • Vanilla Sugar – 10 Grams
  • Ground cardamom – 1 pinch
  • Flour – 1.5 Cups
  • Walnuts – 100 Grams

Directions

  1. Wash the fruit and be sure to dry it. Then cut them up. Cut the grapes, apricots, plums into halves, remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the butter into cubes, add a bag of vanilla sugar, coconut, salt and cinnamon to it. Stir. Add flour and crush everything with your hands.
  3. Peel the walnuts. Grind half of the nuts in a blender. Add the resulting nut flour to the crumble dough.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter, put the oven to heat up to 180 C. Put the apricots in the first layer. Upstairs – plums and grapes.
  5. Sprinkle the fruit with crumble evenly, do not tamp it, otherwise the crust will be hard. Use the remaining nuts to garnish the crumble. Send it to a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. The optimum temperature is 180 degrees.
  6. Serve the finished fruit crumble with whipped cream or ice cream.
Bon Appetit!
